Great benefits, getting worse over time. If you were employed while Bob ran the place, the benefits were second to none. Over time they cut back bit by bit but they are still good

The most unique benefit of the healthcare benefits plan is that it starts on day 1 of your new job. There is no waiting period at all. It makes transition from one job to another super easy if you depend on these benefits. Honestly, I cannot find a single complaint with the benefits here. The cost is reasonable, the company seems caring and healthcare is thru the giant organization of United Healthcare. I counted benefits as part of my salary because with chronic illnesses in my family, they are just as important to me as the salary itself is.
We have a lot of great benefits but honestly, since covid hit we have lost some of the more fun perks
