Good insurance coverage, good selection of secondary benefits. HR department is incompetent, expect challenges taking advantage of unusual benefits.
Good ESPP program but health insurance has gone downhill
good benefits good bonus if you can sell and hit numbers
You get maybe 10 days of vacation and 3 days of sick time, all that have to be accrued. You do not get disability unless worked there for a year. You do not get parking, no phone/internet reimbursement, no work from home (last company to let us work from home during Covid), no parking, no free food/snacks (you pay for snacks from a vending machine), no further training, no flexible work hours (your "shift" is always 9am-6pm no exceptions), they monitor your time away from desk, no work/life balance, required dials a day, no laptops, no updated work equipment
They had a decent health insurance and 401K plan, if you stay there long enough to be vested.
Health Insurance is pretty decent.
Best insurance I’ve ever had maybe because I’m single I hardly pay anything. Due to my many medical conditions this insurance is amazing covers all my specialty doctors no need for referrals.
Good ESPP plan Worst employee discounts not that relevant to Washington employees
Good 401k and good Stock Plan. Generous PTO policy for long-time employees.
It is awesome amazing medical too many other perks to mention
