There are a lot of benefit options to choose from.
The job is only temporary, so unless you are chosen to stay on permanently there is no benefit package
The health insurance should be better
Love the team building company outings and stocked kitchen with multiple snacks and fresh fruit. Benefits are great and so is the HR team in helping with any questions/issues.
Temporary employees are treated poorly because the turn o Er rate is high. No benefits offered and you barely get your commission because customers cancel their insurance plans once they find out the plan is useless.
Pretty standard health and dental. I miss my HSA plan but they do have an FSA. The unlimited vacation for the corporate employees is a great perk! The 401K plan company contribution is new so that's a great addition to the package. Some of the most unique benefits are the company Wellness perks and their partnership with Healthjoy, a chat-based app giving access to a of board-certified doctors, veteran insurance experts, dedicated healthcare concierges... all from an app on your phone.
Health and dental were high in cost and low in benefit. You still end up paying for everything. As of 2018.
Everything was very expensive, medical dental and vision were very over priced especially if you have a family included
expensive. how can you sell insurance but make the employees pay regular price
No "real" benefits at all. you are better off going to the Marketplace for insurance. They won't cover family
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
