We believe in providing benefits that recognize the contributions of our managers, and that add value to your life both at work and at home. At our company-operated restaurants, we proudly offer the following standard benefits:
Health & Wellness Benefits: Medical/Hospital Insurance, Prescription Drug Program (retail & mail-order), Dental Plan, Short- and Long-Term Disability Insurance (company-paid)
Benefits offerings may vary among franchisees
The best thing is of coarse the people. The worst is the hourly wages for servers
Best thing was meet friendship, worst is management
Didn't get enough hours for health one. No 401k.
There is no paid vacation time off no sick leave no health benefits none of that is supplied by Golden Corral this could be because it was a franchise
No benefits you have to fight for everything up front
The only benefit I know of is half price meals when you work and they do offer a life insurance policy.
good vaca time when needed
Corporate stores, have limited benefits to give. Some of them offer only Medical but no Dental or vision benefits. Some of the franchises are too small to give out any benefits which keep on climbing each year.
Their is any the whole job suck managers sucked and the owner guy use to visit the store wouldnt even speak to ya or anything had a messed up vibe told us to come to mandatory meeting then said they were closing down
There were no benefits at all!
