Medical- lots of things not covered.
Health insurance is through Blue Cross Blue Shield of California. It’s a ppo and has good coverage without having to meet a deductible. It kicks in after 3 months of employment.
No deductible on medical and prescription, low employee contribution, vision and dental. Fully funded by employer retirement plan. 2% match on 403B fully vested in 403B immediately. Great EAP.
There are no benefits if hired through temp agency.
The benifits package they offer is fair. They like to keep you as a temp as long as possible, which excludes you from any benifits.
