Employee ownership is a wonderful way to save for retirement. Individuals can become Associates or Principals based on number of shares and peer review.

Standard 10 days vacation for the first 5 years; non-negotiable even with over 5 years experience. The Healthcare is expensive for what it is. High deductible along with large chunks per pay. Unfortunate that they can't find a better cheaper option for everyone.

Health insurance with Cigna is the absolute worst. They are slimy and will try to get away with everything they can to make you pay most of your health care costs. It's also very expensive if you can opt outtake that option. Cigna is horrible.

Bad relocation package. You have to spend 90 days at Golder to qualify for benefits except health insurance. No vacation for you until after 90 days, even if you are sick you got to report to work. You can only get sick leave after 90 days.

Below average. Little vacation time and the high-deductible health insurance plan is a financial burden.

401k match up to 4.5 percent plus additional discretionary 1.5 percent. Better health insurance than in years past. Pretty standard vacation time plea 2weeks sick time

Healthcare was over $700/month when I left for a family. High deductible 20/80 garbage. The 401k was decent though.

Good health insurance, poor employer premium contribution, decent vacant and comp time compensation, decent 401 K program, paid holidays, EAP

Changes are in the works to align benefits with industry standards. Health insurance premiums will be decreased and paid-time off will replace sick/vacation time.
