The employer contributes to our HSA accounts while providing great insurance!
The health insurance is not great. The $4,000 deductible makes the insurance nearly out of pocket. The HSA contributions from the employer are nice, but they are minimal. If you have a family to provide health insurance for, you are better off buying it from the market. PTO is good, when you can use it. There is nothing offered for maternity leave, not even a short term disability and this makes it hard for young professionals to stay at GPP long term. In some cases, you have to wait a year and a half before you are even allowed to contribute to the 401k plan.
Best: They pay well Worst: No loyalty
Good amount of paid time off if/when you can take it.
