Goldman Sachs offers a range of benefits for you and your spouse / partner and children. You become eligible from your first day of employment.
All the great benefits that the company provides. The cons is that is not cons.
Great health, vision and dental benefits. They make it easy and have options.
Great supplemental life insurance options
Medical benefits are the top-of-the-line best I've ever had. If you, or an immediate family member, experience a significantly serious health issue, they sometimes have the ability to right away get you into the some of the most prestigious medical doctors in just about any specialty - doesn't matter if there's multi-year wait to see them. Dental is good. Vision plan is average, Good personal discount on cell phone plans. After you hit a certain "cash compensation ceiling", additional compensation is typically in GS stock options. Employees are NOT allowed to hold individual stocks. Aggregate investments, like mutual funds are typically ok. When you initially hire on, you must disclose all financial holdings. You will be required to sell-of all personal single-stock investments before you can work there. They do have an onsite nurse/medical center.
Pretty good comprehensive benefits that included medical, prescriptions, dental and vision. Also provided 401k match and additional benefits and services. Will also cover relocation if required.
Great health insurance and 401k
Great benefits package at GS. They have state of the art GYM with lot of classes which are free.
They give you 3 shares if you stay 3 years...
Only Intern in Goldman Sachs
For associates, 18 days off per year. 401K doesn't start until after a year of being with the firm and it's not great (4%)
