Benefits at Goldstar are pretty decent, though not as generous as in years past. Employees and dependents are offered health insurance that includes a sizable premium to help subsidize costs. A 401k plan is offered with average employer matching and PTO starts at 15 days for new hires.
Health premiums low. PTO could be better. 401k match is paltry. Annual increases not based on merit. Told I won't get a raise despite my hard work because other people need raises more than I do. Told I wouldn't get relocation reimbursement but got it when I pressed HR. HR director is weirdly also the CFO.
Goldstar takes incredible care of their team and is very generous with their benefits.
The best part of the benefits package offered is: 401K (with company match!), vacation time and solid health insurance options.
They were racist and not nice at all
Company Perks and Health Insurance are the best part of working with Goldstar.
