Pretty standard: health (BC/BS, Cigna), dental (MetLife), vision (EyeMed); 401K (with opportunity for limited company matching); stock purchase option

GS&P has a great benefits package, I'd wager it exceeds all advertising company packages in the bay area. They do a lot to maintain the culture and are open to suggestions from employees.

Decent insurance; good 401k and matching; depends on job but my boss was flexible on hours and occasionally working from home; fun parties, live bands at office occasionally, etc.

You get a decent start, but takes a long time for anything additional.

Fantastic insurance and 401k matching. You dont have to pay anything for individual coverage.

401k employer matching was good for a while, recently dropped lower though. 5 years required for full vesting. Paid holidays were great. If you worked on a holiday, you get one in leiu. Almost always 10 days off around xmas (unless you're in production)
