Working at Google is amazing, you get free everything. Having access to free breakfast, lunch and dinner is probably one of the benefit I use the most. The health plan is also amazing: dental, doctors, eyes are covered. If you have a family, you can even get a better plan with less deductibles.
The paid family leave is an excellent benefit for those who want families. I find that especially, a generous leave for fathers, and a culture that encourages taking it, helps create an understanding that any team member might go on leave now and again, and that this is expected and normal and okay.

401k is the best I've seen anywhere, with a 50% match (up to the legal limit) vested immediately. Shuttles and healthy cafeteria food are a very nice time saving perk. Onsite gym is beyond convenient.
