Less Traffic. Bing has a much smaller market share than Google, so if you concentrate too much there, you could lose potential customers who are not using Bing or Yahoo as their search engine.

Solid benefits, in line with the top tech companies. In addition to benefits like healthcare, etc., the facilities team really makes it an enjoyable place to work. I doubt they'll ever have to institute a mandatory in-office policy. The environment itself attracts employees to the office.

Overall, Google has great benefits and it's one of the pluses of working for the company. They value offering competitive benefits and are innovative in this area.
