In addition to the 12 holidays, you get 15 vacation days starting out, increasing to 20 after 3 years. 40 hours borrowable.
15 days off to start. Goes up to 25 after 5 years.
PTO builds incrementally year by year. Not the best for first 3 years.
Time off is relatively generous compared to other companies I've encountered. Pleasingly, time off is also treated as somewhat sacred - in many years I've never had any push back at all on any vacation or bereavement leave, as it's culturally seen as a strong and important entitlement.
It was good I had no issues and it was pretty awesome to get started as an intern and then being a general manager of a section you love

Work from home is easy
NOTHING as a TVC. In fact, the company you contract with allows you to accrue 72 hours of sick leave a year, yet you're not allowed to take [or be paid for] beyond 24 hours.
Fairly standard vacation time. Generous on which holidays you get off.
