At the 10 year mark one gets 4 weeks vacation. But 20 year mark to get 5 weeks vacation. Unfortunately, no vacation can be carried-over into the next year. The 401k plan is standard with matching on the first 6% of 30%. Medical benefits are weak.. the dental insurance plan is quite good.

Benefits packages diminished a lot over the years. Very high cost of health plans, cutting them down recently to only 2 options with high deductibles.
The health insurance could be much better. Every year the premium increases and the benefits decrease.

As an hourly employee, I had very few benefits. Had I stayed there longer, I might have been able to access more. My older coworkers seemed to get by well enough - houses, children, and annual vacations - but almost all worked overtime.
