At the 10 year mark one gets 4 weeks vacation. But 20 year mark to get 5 weeks vacation. Unfortunately, no vacation can be carried-over into the next year. The 401k plan is standard with matching on the first 6% of 30%. Medical benefits are weak.. the dental insurance plan is quite good.

I was an intern, so it did not apply to me.

Benefits packages diminished a lot over the years. Very high cost of health plans, cutting them down recently to only 2 options with high deductibles.

The health insurance could be much better. Every year the premium increases and the benefits decrease.

StarStarStarStarStar Former Inventory Associate in Durham, New Hampshire

As an hourly employee, I had very few benefits. Had I stayed there longer, I might have been able to access more. My older coworkers seemed to get by well enough - houses, children, and annual vacations - but almost all worked overtime.
