    Company has a 403(b) plan. PTO is fairly standard for a long term care company. Pay rates are on the high side of average.

    The schedule is very flexible, the company offers insuarance (health, dental, vision) for full time employees only, but there is no 401k plan. The insuarance is quite affordable too. There is also paid time off but it expire if you dont use by the date you were hired every year.

    There are..NO RAISES for nurses...I made 20.00/hr and my CNA's made 15.00/hr!! When are they going to raise a nurses salary???
