Company has a 403(b) plan. PTO is fairly standard for a long term care company. Pay rates are on the high side of average.
The health insurance was deplorable. The amount they charged each employee was steep, but a family plan? Forget about it. Then what was even covered failed to reach even the smallest of my expectation.

The schedule is very flexible, the company offers insuarance (health, dental, vision) for full time employees only, but there is no 401k plan. The insuarance is quite affordable too. There is also paid time off but it expire if you dont use by the date you were hired every year.
