    The insurance benefit package is decent. They use Cigna and mostly the co-pays and deductibles are lower than most. The best thing is the access to Global insurance company, the worst thing is really the cost is a little higher than most. The PTO is awesome!

    Horrible company, incompetent management. Dishonest HR and Glassdoor full of fake reviews created by HR. Stay away! This company is in full decline and will be out of business soon.

    Worst - The longest I have ever worked at a company without a raise (not counting yearly COF) - despite outstanding reviews. Best - "Cadillac Health Insurance Plan". Employer has picked up premium increase for the last 3 or 4 years.

    The best thing is that they have full benefits, unfortunately you only get 1 provider choice with 2 plans. It is still a small company, so the growth will drive those costs down. PTO and vacation are top notch!

    the benefits cover everything for different kinds of people; mothers, fathers, older people, younger people. They are also augmented and adjusted every year for maximum efficiency
