Average benefits package for the role and company size.
Benefits are good. There is better out there, but theirs is one of the best I have encountered in this current time.
great benefit program and options
I have an interview on Wed for Supplier Management Analyst role with Grainger. It’s a career pivot and I have experience but have been out of the loop for years taking care of a sick family member and working part time. Any and All suggestions to prepare are welcomed!!
401k lots of PTO, great learning and development roles.
Loved working for Grainger one perk was the benefits and profit sharing they had back in 2018.
The benefits were very good. They offered options that would best fit each individuals. That made it very nice
Great benefits package offered with a variety and meeting the needs of the changing environment.
The benefits started off great, now they took away profit sharing which made them stand out and now they’re basic benefots every other company has to offer
Have to use vacation days when you do not want them and still work 40 hours.
