At Grand Circle, our employees are number one. While we ask a lot of them, we also reward them for their commitment. That’s why we offer an exceptional benefits program, which we continually enhance to best serve our employees and respond to their feedback.
Comparing to the industry, the benefits are over the average, not really bad. it also depends what age group you are in and what type of benefits you would need for you and your family. The best benefit is to take a trip a half price.
Benefits seem great until you realize that many of them, including discounted travels, bonuses or sabbaticals, only apply if you're an employee with a high-ranked performance.
They offer about the most generous benefits package you'll find anywhere. Although I've heard they've dialed back some of that generosity.
PTO is not set in stone based on call volume
The best thing(s) are the transit subsidy, 75% for MBTA, 45% for parking and the onsite wellness activities and programs. There are weekly reiki sessions, meditation, yoga classes, and an onsite gym and locker room with showers. The director of wellness will also give you 1x1 time to get a health plan together/offer support with your diet or exercise needs.
Great travel benefits- encourage associates to travel with big discounts & free sabbatical trip at 5 years. Ample PTO (combined vacation, sick, personal -to use as you please). Great onsite wellness- variety of fitness classes available, small gym. Standard insurance benefits & 401k contribution.
You need to wait 6 months before you're (technically) allowed to take your first day of Paid Time Off.
