Great benefits! A good place to work.

4 weeks vacation was good, healthcare was not wonderful, work from home balance was really awful. Not good maternity leave.

Best benefits package with any company I have worked for.

The commuter benefit (75% covered in 2019, 100% in 2020 as far as I know)

Paid Sabbatical every 5th year of full-time work, child co-op was offered on-site, weekly massage sessions and discounts for travel packages for yourself and the family.

Cant complain at all about the benefits. Certainly one of the aspects that keeps me here. Goes well beyond just travel perks.

Terrible benefits package. Expensive insurance and not HIGH premium with Tufts. No selection. Great personal development plan, gives you $500 of reimbursement towards a class that furthers a skill that GCT can utilize.

    Good travel discounts for employees

Benefits seem great until you realize that many of them, including discounted travels, bonuses or sabbaticals, only apply if you're an employee with a high-ranked performance.

Comparing to the industry, the benefits are over the average, not really bad. it also depends what age group you are in and what type of benefits you would need for you and your family. The best benefit is to take a trip a half price.
