Insurance is high and not great coverage. Time off is limited.
vacation time is poor for salaried employees. You only get 5 days after a year of employment and those vacation days can expire. You have to work there for 3 years to receive 10 vacation days and 5 years for 15 vacation days. Their health insurance is also ridiculously expensive compared to other employer's plans
5 years to be vested in 401k. 2 weeks vacation after 3 years. Stipulations on profit sharing. Insurance too expensive and not very good
Bonus, heath benefits, training, parties, 401k, pep rally's, Christmas parties, vacation, personal days, flowers
They don't know what they are doing and mess around with your paperwork and you end up getting the worst guidance and plan.

Grand Homes offered insurance, life insurance, 401k and the normal things companies offered. They also had a profit sharing program which was tied into the satisfaction of customers
