Not enough time off, a resort so working weekends and holidays comes with the territory; so that being said PTO when the time is right should be better. Its 5 days off in the first two years there.
Benefits are absolutely great hands down recommend their health insurance.
The company offers health insurance, dental and vision, 401k benefits.
401k, and good deals on hotels.
Medical was pretty good. The dental was really lousy and cheap. I got charges for silly fees that are usually included in insurance. My dentist made a comment that they didn't have a lot of experience with the type of insurance I was going through. What bothered me was the 401k doesn't kick in for 1 whole year as a full time employee. Vacation and jury duty benefits don't work until after 6 months of full time employment.
Met industry standard as I understand
The benefits are great both health and personal such as employee stay programs.
The commission as only 1% to 2.5% of leisure sales only finalized a month prior to pay. They had a lot of regulations to get the full percentage as well.
