Health care is an HSA (meh) with a substantial employer contribution (yes!). No 401K match, but I don't know how many growth stage companies give both options and a match, so I'm going to say it's a net positive. PTO is unlimited (judgment required). I work remotely so there are no snacks provided, so sad.
The management told me that I would have unlimited time off and then this was changed after the first six months of employment

They pay the full health benefits for their employees and half of the coverage for their employees dependents. Between flexibility around family time, time off requests and offering the ability to work from home, there is nowhere in Reno that can beat their company perks. Although at this time they do not offer 401k MATCH, like any startup I am confident that will eventually be in the playbook, but at least they offer the 401K
