Contribution toward retirement and medical benefits are great!
There really aren't any benefits for students at all. No better parking, no on campus discounts, but it is a solid student job.

No benefits package exists for this position. Max out at 20 hours for this student position and are prohibited from working any more than that.
The best thing is it is yours from day one, there is no wait for the health insurance, (the sick and vacation time is not available for 6 months, as you build it up) Overtime is voluntary and not oppressive. But on the downside they have a 6 month probationary period that you have to tiptoe through.

I worked for the Golf course while attending school. The boss was great and the crew were very understanding with my class schedule. The work was fun and the golf was free for all of the employees of the course
Flexible hours when needed. Certain times of year are very demanding and require more than 40 hours.
