Options are great.
They give you the benefits on day one. The 401k is pretty standard. You can earn money to your HSA by living attempting to live a "healthier" life
Benefits are shrinking and getting more expensive.
very well thought out benefits program
Grange’s benefits package is solid. If hired today there is no pension plan, only a 401k plan - they match 50 cents for every dollar you contribute up to 6%.
Having work/life balance is important to the company. The on-site gym and reimbursement for volunteering outside of work hours is a really great benefit. The associate resource groups are a great opportunity to network and grow professionally.
Deductible, Cost, Options, 401k, HSA
Health benefits continue to decline year after year. Covers less and less and premiums rise. Terrible spousal surcharge, but totally unchecked smoker surcharge.
The benefits are good. They seem to get whittled down each year little by little. I get it that we have to be competitive in the market and be mindful of expenses, but it does feel like a paycut each December.
It's all around good. The health care package got significantly worse 2 years ago, though. Otherwise I would rate it a 5.
