Big improvement with 2019 programs!
Higher 401k match than I've ever seen. You put in 6% they put in 9%. Flexible hours are awesome as well. Insurance and PTO are pretty nothing special though.
Lots of perks like free delicious breakfast and lunch options every day, the flexibility to work from home if needed, 100% employer paid medical benefits for each employee, fun and relaxed office environment and much more!
Unlimited vacation policy is great, because the company culture that actively supports you taking the time off you need, as long as your commitments are met. The worst thing is parental leave, which is absent.
No 401K matches, but it is a start-up still have a program. They do offer health, dental, and vision.
