Perks - Donuts on Fridays, car allowance for some positions. 401K is offered, but not matched by the employer. Company pays partially for health insurance. Vacation is 2 weeks, sick days are 3 year. No end of year bonus and low project bonus. There is an employee stock ownership plan, but after 1 year of being eligible, I still have not received a statement or info about the program.
Benefits were offered immediately even though I was part time.
