Best thing: dental, vision. Health, life insurance. Worst: varies by franchise.
Benefits vary from franchise to franchise. May offer similar perks. One common thing is Paid/Paid training.
Offers Life Insurance and Medical. Monthly n weekly bonuses
Only benefit we have is vacation time. I’ve been with Great clips 16 years. I wish we had stock options or a 401 plan. At least something. But the franchise owners really don’t care about their employees. We have always been told we are replaceable. But I stay because the tips are really good.
Every franchise is different but insurance at mine was expensive and pretty useless. Vacation is very hard to accumulate.
There are no benefits. They told us we could use our state mandatory sick hours for vacation instead of offering vacation pay. Then when you go on vacation and want to use your sick hours they give issues with it.
you can get up to 5 weeks of paid vacation, and they offer health insurance, which costs a LOT more for women than men.
My franchisee pays $100 a month towards benefits and we have a really great health insurance plan, which is affordable and deducted from our paychecks.
Free haircuts are the best thing
Flexible scheduling, vacation days after 1 year, insurance, product bonuses, opportunity to earn vacation days from the first month
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
