Different for each location depending on franchisee, paid vacation and 401k are the only benefits offered by my franchisee. They changed vacation policy, went from 3 weeks a year (due to my tenure) to 1 week.

This should be no stars. We don't get any benefits what so ever. Which I guess is ok as the pay isn't a fair living wage which qualifies most everyone in the shop for public assistance.

Only benefit we have is vacation time. I’ve been with Great clips 16 years. I wish we had stock options or a 401 plan. At least something. But the franchise owners really don’t care about their employees. We have always been told we are replaceable. But I stay because the tips are really good.
Every franchise is different but insurance at mine was expensive and pretty useless. Vacation is very hard to accumulate.
There are no benefits. They told us we could use our state mandatory sick hours for vacation instead of offering vacation pay. Then when you go on vacation and want to use your sick hours they give issues with it.
