Benefits offered at GEDC are very basic. 1 week vacation upon starting, 2 weeks in the second year. They offer 401k, but they do not put in or match any amount of money, which is disappointing. The health insurance is okay and the dental they offer is pretty good, but they are a DSO.
Paid time off and Sick time
401k but minimal to no match by employer, hard to get vacation approved.
Never got far enough to rate it.
Depending on the doctor you work with, they will give you a bonus out of their bonus checks that they receive personally. The company will not give you any bonuses. They will give you opportunities to win some type of contest.
Medical insurance is not insurance. It is a brokerage. It would cost me $300 per month for myself only, $1500 deductible, and you have to use their doctors. Compared to some state programs, this sounds good, consider I am in New York, so I was excited to have “affordable insurance”. This brokerage plan they offer is merely a discount plan. The doctors that are “in the plan”, are not doctors I wish to see. They have very poor reviews, and if I have to pay, I can’t afford to waste my money.
Good medical insurance, dental is included for free within company. 401k is an option but they do not match.
Plenty of offered benefits, but high priced insurance.
Free Dental on General Cleanings and Half off on Orthodontics
Health insurance is available but it is fairly costly and comes with high deductibles. Salaried employees are given two sick days, which in my opinion, really isn't enough because most companies offer at least 4 sick days. Children and family members bring home germs and whatnot which in turn could get the employee sick. The vacation time is pretty decent and 401k is available as well as an HSA account which rolls over.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
