You have to put in for time off 30 days before, and will only be granted if they can find coverage.

You do get paid vacation time after working for 180 days and it is based on your hours worked, unless you're salaried and then it's a flat amount accrued on each pay period. The sick time is minimal; only two days for salaried employees.

Low vacation, sick, PTO days available. Only 6 paid holidays, then not many vacation days are offered. The second star is for good salary to offset the lack of time off.
