Great pay and great benefits!
There is no 401k or retirement fund set up. There is not push to get employees to sign up for the medical plan to help drive rates down for the other employees.
The medical benefits are really good for the price you pay and the company paid HRA is super helpful. Much better than a flex spending account like most places offer!

The best part is that they give you a yearly allowance to cover what your insurance doesn't. It is also very reasonable priced. nothing bad to say about it.

The hours are very flexible and they offer great vacation time and have an incredible health and dental benefit package.
They have a reimbursement plan where you can submit up to $2200 in out of pocket expenses to be paid back to you. It's great.
Time off is easy to get as long as you have it to use. You cant take personal time you will be written up. Didnt have the benefits package so i cant say
