    Starting out full time is allotted 40 hrs PTO. Each paycheck 3 hours adds. Our insurance curently is blue cross blue shield and seems to be fairly good with a decent deductible rate.

    Benefits are average at best. Hi deductible, average co-pays. Unless you opt for the higher tier plans which are extremely expensive and don’t make mathematical sense. Lack of a matching 401(k) which makes the 401(k) pointless. For company of high regard and growing at a national scale not having a matching 401(k) of any percentage is baffling and insulting as a dedicated employee. Their insurance plans are basically catastrophic all in nature, where if you have a very high medical expense it does help you but for anything less than that your medical expense of out-of-pocket are quite costly.

    Health insurance has 3 tiers and good value. Vision is a great plan. Overall the benefits package is extremely competitive.

    $6000 deductible for health insurance is basically no insurance for a healthy adult

    Excellent Health Insurance and 401k. The vacation time is also very nice. One of the biggest benefits for me was the option to have a company car, that also comes with a gas card and maintenance card.
