Best thing is you qualify for health insurance 1 month after hired date. All benefits are great here. We use Prominence Health Plan HMO and United HealthCare I believe.
Best: The company’s wellness program provides participants with a discount on insurance premiums! Onsite physical classes like yoga, cardio hip hop, foam rolling and functional fitness make it easy to schedule time to work out within the day. There’s also a nice gym onsite equip with a locker room with showers. I also enjoy the “speaker series” where experts come in to discuss a topic like stress or the benefits of eliminating sugar from your diet. They also pay for smart dollar which is an online financial wellness program. Worst: I wish the company offered more PTO and the option to work from home some days. A lot of us can do our jobs from home and can use a day or two where you don’t have to fight traffic to get into the office. There are no stock options or bonuses offered.

Path to Wellness is a joke as it’s completely subjective. I’ve seen peers earn credits for activities my HRBP refuses to allow. Forcing me and family to pay more for benefits. Bordering on discrimination. Be consistent across all sites or eliminate the program entirely. Six month wait for 401K is too long. Most companies it’s 90 days.
