    Employees that work overtime should be able to earn PTO for the overtime they work.

    Sick time is only as required by law. Vacation time is basic 2 weeks that every company should give, they don't offer anything exciting in this area. I wish you could buy or add more time somehow through the year, but they don't offer anything.

    My last employer had an incredible PTO policy so they all feel a little skimpy in comparison, but the opening rate of 12 days PTO and 3 days PSL is good. It increases a bit over time as well.

    PTO is ok except HR/managers are really by the rules about it. u cant take unpaid time off if u have pto which is lame
