High deductibles on insurance plans, employees start with 4 weeks paid time off. the wellness program was good but changes this year made it lose some points.
Benefits were average for a company of this size, paid time off was very competitive, decent bonus and 401K match.

Genenerous amount of PTO (minimum of 4 weeks), 100% tuition reimbursement and well managed funds in the 401k (which includes a match and profit sharing). High deductible health insurance not as great. Some claims and meds not covered in addition to the 4K deductible and 5k out of pocket.

It was originally pretty good. Routine cuts and changes made it less than it appeared on paper. Bonuses based on objectives that weren't shared and there was never a full bonus.
The benefits, while they may not be top of the line, are still really good. I enjoy having a wellbeing program that I can participate in that I earn incentives, including money that goes toward my health insurance.
