Great benefits.. one suggestion is to increase 401K match
Typical benefit package with below average PTO given.
Insurance coverage tremendously increased in recent years. Vacation accrued at each very slow rate (4 weeks after 10 years with company)
401k - contributes 0.25 cents per dollar upto 4.5% of salary. Compensation is competitive compare to industry. National holidays are only 6 per year but with 2 floating holidays.
Not great. Only 10 vacation days per year and you do not get the day after Thanksgiving off, Presidents Day, or MLK.
They include a wide variety of benefits, including a pension. A few of the supplemental benefits are only available to people working at headquarters.
BEST - a non-contributory pension plan in addition to a 401K matching program. Plus good health, dental, vision and paid vacation/sick/holidays.
