low pay, no benefits, no 401k, no bonus as promised, no parking. what type of company does not cover parking or have a parking facility. the must frugal greedy owner who gives 1 week vacation after 1 year. So you have no vacation the first year which no one makes it that long after 1 year you get a week. no health benefits, no overtime, required to work as many hours as management wants. got hired on a base salary and per file basis but never got paid per file. raymond would often forget to do payroll and employees not get paid.
