Best: 16 weeks parental leave for both primary and secondary caregivers.
Amazing flexible vacation, sick days, wfh. Really good healthcare, paternity benefits and fertility benefits. Could improve commuter benefits (right now they are only tax-free) and more proactive healthcare benefits (better gym benefits?)
Three stars - it's average. It's comprehensive but misses a few aspects that would really make it competitive. 401k but no matching. Company-paid health insurance but with a $2k deductible/year. Option to pay for no-deductible plan. Free snacks (from sweet to salty and junk to healthy) and beverages (seltzer, cold brew, beer, etc.). Unlimited PTO (aka flexible time-off). This means the company will not reimburse you for PTO that you don't use ... because you have "unlimited or flexible PTO" lol. Work from home might be offered ... but depends on the team. Paid holidays - think 10 per year? Standard for tech. I think there's $500 stipend available for educational purposes. This is cool. That said, these are clearly "first-world" problems - you shouldn't make career decisions solely based on benefits ...
-GREAT PTO -Great 401K and Health
Flexible time for vacation and working at home is really convenient and helps me balance my work and personal life.
Flexible holiday schedule, fun activities, solid health insurance, wellness weeks and free snacks and beer. Who could ask for more!
Amazing perks and benefits. They truly take care of their employees. While there is no 401k matching, the 401k plan through Betterment is awesome. The fact that Greenhouse's People team took the time to find such a low fee, user friendly option for their employees is great.
90% on PPO, no 401k match, if you wan time off you can take it, great office snack prob the best in NYC.
What do you give employees that have everything? 401(k) matching!
Very comprehensive medical benefits :) Lots of options for employees to choose from! Perks are great too--AnyPerk is awesome! Greenhouse really cares about your employees and is doing everything it can, which is a lot given that we aren't a tech giant yet. Flexible PTO & WFH is awesome and gives employees a lot of autonomy --though it can make the office seem a little quiet sometimes.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
