Good benefits, a little high, but were pretty good. The wellness program is easy to maintain for an extra, at the time, 60 bucks off of your health premium. They offer Maternity Leave via short-term disability plan that the company pays for, but not Paternity Leave. No paid sick days, and time off is based on hours, the first year is 104 hours of leave, and goes up after 3 years, and again at 5. Cap is 200 hours at renewal time, which sucks as it is a use it or loose it so they don't pay you back for those unused hours. You also don't get paid back any PTO when you leave unless they rolled over from the year before.
Benefits are average, which is good! 401k with a generous match, plenty of payed time off and average health benefits.
Able to bring dogs to work and 401k match are nice. Health benefits leave much to be desired, especially if you have a family or a spouse - the cost is comparable to the healthcare marketplace and at times more expensive.
Pretty average benefits. PTO doesn't scale as much as it should for length of employment. Bonus went down last year even though Greenshades continues to show profits.
The benefits were pretty good. I wasn't in love with the 401k but the time off, health care, all of that were pretty decent.
