“Really good coverage that is a PPO in California through Blue Cross Blue Shield that is majority covered by the company with very little expense or deductible for the employee.”
Great heath insurance that is provided by the company after 60 days through Blue Cross Blue Shield. It is a PPO that has tons of health options all over California. Paid phone and gas. There is also full dental and vision provided. Paid time off. Holidays and sick days are clearly provided. Tons of financial contests and incentives and perks such as events, sports tickets, team nights, etc.
They give you a gas and cell phone stipend, but it’s going to turn out to be a large chunk of your income because over half your commission opportunities won’t be home. They said something about being able to get medical through them after 60 or 90 days and that “it won’t cost that much” but I didn’t look too deep into it.
they offered paid for baseball tickets while the season was on
They gave me a nice jacket. Too bad it has the logo of "Home Savings Programs" otherwise I'd wear it again. Other than that, I can't think of another benefit.
You have to pay for everything, nothing is provided by the company - that is my understanding.
Low cost and affordable
there are no benefits. hard work can yield decent compensation, but any/all benefits are at the employee's expense.
This company has nothing. They offer a very bad health care that is very expensive and has high deductibles,
401K. Defined Benefit Plan. Amazing PPO Health Insurance. BCBS Full Family Coverage. Dental. They do it all!
You get no benefits whatsoever. You don't even get base pay.
