High deductible-healthcare company terrible coverage
They recently offered a PPO option but want you to use the HDHP/HSA. It's not fully paid, I think they do 75%.
The insurance is good if you do not need regular coverage. Our high deductible plan has a low monthly cost, but if you need any medications, it will be a lot out of pocket. If you need to include any family members, the PPO has an extremely expensive premium.
The worst thing about the health benefits at this company is that the cost is excessive considering the low pay wage
Not very good health insurance; high deductible option or a high premium option. If you're single and living alone, it's not bad, but if you have kids or a significant other to add, it gets very expensive very quickly.
A new plan was offered this year that grants an alternative to the previous single option. Both options are good based on your needs.
The high deductible health insurance plan is worthless if there's any chance that you might visit a doctor more than a couple of times.
$5000 deductible with little to no coverage before the deductible is met and is the only plan they offer.
The deductible is way too high for somebody who makes 15.89 an hour.
High Deductible health plans seem to be the norm.
