Great benefits for a large company
The high deductible health plan is more expensive than what most companies in this area offer. The 401K matching is a bit better though.
Paternity Leave is three days. High Deductible Health Insurance plan is abysmal if there's any chance you might go to the Doctor. The payroll deductions are similar to what one would pay for better plans at local companies that obviously pay a higher portion of the rates.
The health insurance is ten times better than my previous employer's, and they allow for three times more paid days off.
Offers employer Contributions to HSA, PTO rate is accumulated so you have to save up time instead of being given so many days at the beginning of the year.
Benefits are not competitive for a technology company. High deductible health insurance, have to take all your PTO before you get maternity leave and THEN take short term disability if you don't want to come back in a few weeks. 401K matching is mediocre.
Vacation time begins to accrue directly after training which is nice. The only health plan they offer is to put it kindly not worth having.
High deductible health plans get expensive
401k match is only 1/2 on 3%. Healthcare is average but lacking considering it is a healthcare company.
health insurance was very poor to be honest high deductible health plan, so basically no health plan 401k program was decent though!
