Has all the standards like 401K, Health Savings Account and PTO. You accrue about 1 PTO day for every month worked. Worst part of benefits package is that it's a high deductible health plan. Company will match about $30/month in HSA contributions so that helps with medical expenses.

The leave time is pretty good and increases at 5 and 10 years of service. The 401k plan comes with a company match.
