While Greenway Health relies on employees to be consistently at work, the Company recognizes that time
away from work is also important or necessary for the employees’ well-being. All full-time employees are eligible for paid time off upon hire.
It's just PTO. There are no separate sick/vacation days, and you accrue at different rates depending on tenure.
15 days/year accumulated with your paycheck, which is pretty standard. You have to work at the company for a very long time to get any total amount added to that, and even then, it's not very much. No sick days included; those come out of paid time off.
Great to start for a first year person
I do not like that we have to accumulate the time. After time, the PTO builds up to 2-3 weeks a year.
it's on an accruement basis so there are better ways but no complaints
PTO is accrued per pay period. Easy to request time off. Plenty of people to pick up the slack when you're off work.
Basic PTO earned as you work.
3 weeks pto which can rollover
Normal two weeks vacation is given when you start with the company with no grace period. You can work your way into the company and eventually get 4 weeks depending on length of time with the firm.
PTO starts accruing on your first day of employment
