Generous days off and decent health care options
Plan options could have more coverage for the $$. A lot of OOP expenses if you don't go with the most expensive option.
The best I can say about the 401k match is they do some. .50 for every dollar up to 6%. As I have not had a lot of corporate jobs in my life its nice to even get that, but talking to other friends in the corporate world they say its pretty weak.

Good team building work life balance and the associated benefits were not as good. Overall health plan and 401k wee fair and competitive with other companies of similar scope and size.
Great health insurance and vacation days
Doing things on the cheap. Constantly looking to drive the cost down because traditional advertising industry is being forced to compete for customers. It’s changed a great deal from when Madison Avenue was in its golden age(don drapper and mad men)
I really like the commuter benefits and PTO. The insurance is decent for someone who is relatively healthy.
The worst thing about the benefits package is that it is complex and difficult to get your head around. I wish there was a simpler way to follow what you get and don't get.
