I really like the commuter benefits and PTO. The insurance is decent for someone who is relatively healthy.
The worst thing about the benefits package is that it is complex and difficult to get your head around. I wish there was a simpler way to follow what you get and don't get.
plentiful PTO but hard to use
Great benefits for working women
Then new health insurance plan eliminates copays but charges you more afterwards
The benefit cost rise every year and the out of pocket expenses are high as well.
Healthcare package is the worst I've ever had in 10 years working at ad agencies. Decent time off/PTO. No flex time unless you've been there 2+ years and get approved for a special program. Most of their coolest benefits are only available to people who have been there 2+ years (or more). The offer some discounts for employees at restaurants, gyms, retail locations (but not enough to make up for their low salaries).
Great benefits overall PTO, Volunteering
The people are the best thing about Grey. The creative atmosphere is infectious. Amazing office layout, location and a spectacular roof top retreat.
No benefits for temp workers
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
