Run of the mill maternity leave
Standard 12 weeks FMLA. Would be beneficial to offer more.
Women have the option of paying for disability insurance which guarantees a higher portion of their check from the company if they choose to stay past the three month grace period for maternity leave. Paternity leave is only 2 weeks.
I never took this type of leave. One of my co- workers did, and she was expected to be back at work in less than three months after giving birth to her child
Under the current business is was great for leave but changing to less time off under Grifols.
Whatever the economy is catering to Grifols is always a step ahead.
The Leave Administrator I worked with (Xochi?) was not very helpful nor was she informative of the program(s). Apparently she's the only one you can speak with and she rarely answers her phone.
Maternity/Paternity is same as most employers provide
