Benefits are great. Immediate start for leadership and medical. 90+ days for others
The worst thing is PTO is earned and does not roll over at all. You do not start earning PTO immediately, I believe it is after your 60 day training ends. Our insurance is really good (blue cross blue shield) with several different insurance options. 401K is pretty good.
