The health benefits are pretty good. They do offer PTO, tuition reimbursement (however you have to stay with the company for 2 years afterwards), and advancement opportunities(if and when feasible to management)

As a part time employee working just under 30 hours a week I receive no health benefits. 401k is 3.5% with employee contributions of 5%. They do offer eye insurance.
401k match could be better and the constant increases in plan prices make it cheaper to apply for county sponsored benefits.
