we have shut down twice a year and we must use our own pto or vacay times
Minimal PTO and required to accrue and use atleast a week of it as scheduled by Grifols in Spring, Summer and eventually a second week at another time of year. Did not align with vacation needs or school breaks.
10 hr day allows more time off without getting into vacation time
2 weeks first year, 3 weeks years 2-10, 4 weeks after
Paid time off is one of the only things that is lacking with their benefits because you only get three hours every pay period.
The PTO use is very generous
Rough on new employees starting at Grifols
They gave like 2 weeks paid time off and it would increase a little bit depending upon how long you have been there
You aren't given any to start off with
