Best thing is that there are 4 options that you can pick from through united Health Care. Worst thing is when adding on a dependent it take about 1/4 of your weekly paycheck to pay your part. Grimaldis did also start offering short term disability coverage that is included for salaried managers, however it was implemented 2 weeks after my son was born so I was not able to benefit from this.
401k is efficient, health insurance is mediocre and the cost rises every year. Salary managers get signicinatly more benefits
No benefits provided to staff. Nothing much left to say, 20 word minimum requirement is not needed to explain this
No package offered until you reach management
It is nice there is a discount on food. You have to be full time to get benefits. It is a restaurant so getting people to cover your shift or calling in when sick was not hard. They offer benefits if you work a number of hours a year to qualify. They don't usually put you at full time.
