    Great, afordable Healthcare. 6% of salary 401k contribution. Vacation time is ok - never exceeds 4 weeks though.

    Benefit package is excellent, with great coverage and low premiums. However, the PTO is something to be desired. Work from home option is given only to certain people.

    Health insurance and 401K/profit sharing is strong. Time off/vacation policies are behind the times. No sick days. Use it or lose it PTO. Option to work from home is only there for specific individuals based on which manager you work under.

    Best: excellent healthcare benefits through CIGNA. Grimco has absorbed all increases after the ACA and health, vision, and dental are all very affordable. Company contributes 6% of your salary into 401k every year regardless of your own contribution. Worst: No sick leave. You get 40 hours off in your first year, then 80 from year 1-3. Most reps don't stay more than 3 years. If you get the flu, you have to take 2-3 vacation days to cover your sick leave. Also on the negative side: sales commission is almost nothing. Your pay will be 90-95% salary with the potential to earn minor commissions for hitting aggressive sales targets. The only way to make significant commission is to sell hardware, which only a handful of reps are trained to do. Reps in their first 1-2 years with the company will never sell hardware.

    Out of pocket insurance costs have remained the same for years. The company has absorbed the rising cost of health insurance to keep employee costs down. The company deposits 6% of your salary into your 401K.
