  • Health Insurance(5 comments)

High deductibles, people don’t believe me when I say how high they are. I guess it must mean that the rate must be pretty low

  • 401K Plan(4 comments)

Matching only half of 5%, and during the most important time of the year, bottom of the market, they cut 401k match for many months

  • Vacation & Paid Time Off(3 comments)

0 weeks your first year, 1 week for a year after that, finally, if you stay for 10 years, you’ll get 3 weeks a year

I have the VA. Opted out of plan. Didn’t have to take it. Other than that didn’t hear anyone complain.

They have a 6000 deductible that has to be reached before insurance helps on any dr visit or medicine cost.

The high cost of insurance is the worst , the 401k is pretty good, vacation time could be better, the dental and vision plans are mediocre

The medical benefits are separated into a three tier system. For singles your looking at about $70 every two weeks across the tiers. Now where it gets ridiculous is with family medical. Although the top tier is pretty good with $1500 deductible, good prescription coverage, and 80/20 after deductible is met it is expensive. Your looking at $390 every two weeks. Middle plan $309, and bottom plan is $240. But you might as well not be covered if you choose the bottom plan. Vacation is 1 week after a year, 2 weeks after two years, and 3 weeks after 10 years. No sick days, no personal days. Holiday pay is roughly about $100 per holiday. No holidays off unless not scheduled to work. 401k is only 50% of every dollar up to 5%. Not fully invested until 5 years. With all that being said, the pay is excellent. Unfortunately the crappy benefits offset making $75,000 a year.

Took several months to do the health assessment to lower my bill. Went to the minute clinic and they only paid $15 of $100 bill. Took several weeks to get activated online because of clerical problems with my name
