    The best thing about the benefits package at GMS is the realistic application each benefit has to both personal and professional lifestyles. There are generous contributions towards the 401k and medical insurance premiums, a company car for those that apply, flex time, and cloud (work from home) days for qualifying employees.

    GMS is competitive in the benefits that they offer. I have found since leaving their salaries are on the lower end in the field but all of the other benefits are competitive.

    One of the best parts about working at GMS are the company perks. We have great health benefits, 401K options, tuition reimbursement, flexible scheduling, etc. Regardless of what type of life you live, there is a benefit at GMS that you would love.

    The best aspect of GMS' health insurance is the flexibility and control we have over the plan. To add, the 401K plan is great and there are a lot of points of contact to help me understand what it is I'm doing. As for the PTO and vacation policies, they're great. You can't ask for more flexibility within a company.
