Groupon offers a competitive Benefit package - Benefits, Retirement Benefits, Maternity and Paternity Leave, etc. The only downside is that they do not offer a 401(k) match but may in the future.
Perks are ok, a bit less impressive then what you might expect at a traditional Tech Company... no 401k match, does have employee stock purchase plan, health, dental & vision if needed. Long-term/short-term disability and maternity/paternity leave is available.

The vacation policy is unlimited but is dependant on manager approval and workload. The policy is deceiving overall as you tend to use less vacation time. They do not match your 401k. The insurance is very expensive and is low quality. The offer paid maternity and paternity (12weeks maternity 6weeks paternity)
Awesome health insurance package. My partner and I are both covered by the BCBS PPO, which provides great coverage and keeps are out of pocket costs low. I also love that there's no hard cap on paid time off.
They promise unlimited vacation but most people actually can't take even 2 weeks per year due to work schedule.
Benefits are good. No 401k matching but there is unlimited vacation. Take advantage of commuter benefits especially if you are not going to have a car.
