Unlimited vacation is nice, if you are able to take it. Health Insurance is pretty standard, and they recently started a small 401k match
Company now offers a 401k match of up to 50% of the first 6% that the employee puts away.

Great health insurance and as of early 2018, there's a small match on the 401k. The only problem is that "unlimited pto" is interpreted differently by different teams/managers and not all managers really feel that it's unlimited.
If you're hourly you get PTO in which you have to use for vacation or the hours if you're sick.

We finally got a 401k match after 9 years despite not as competitive as other companies.
Unlimited PTO is amazing as long as you have a manager that respects your time-off requests and you get your job done. Health ins was through BCBS of IL which is great but can get expensive. 4 months paid for new moms and spouses get paid time off too! No 401k matching.
