The company offers unlimited time off to all employees
Time off is dependent on your performance. Employees who excel will have no trouble getting more than the usual 2 weeks of vacation time. Health benefits are good, and 401K is available.
At Groupon the benefits aren't great. They do not have a 401k program at all, as for medical I did not use it but I heard that it wasn't great.
The best thing is the PTO, the Sick Paid Time off and the amount of time you get off for a pregnancy. The worst part is the medical and dental plan and the 401k. They do not match and if you are not familiar with benefits it can be very confusing to understand what you are paying for.
Groupon has above average benefit programs, along with in office perks of free drinks and coffee throughout the day. Groupon also has paid time off and paid sick days.
Basic package, only real benefit is the (semi) unlimited days off, as long as available.
